Return and Refund Policy

Hamburg Taxi will only offer a refund if the following conditions are met

• The ride is paid before hand and was not completed 
• The ride was paid before hand and was impossible to complete 
• A ride was Stopped due to the original car being incapable of completing it and another car was not available to finish it
• Must be within 1 hour of the original ride pick up time
